42' Carver Unlawfully Taken By Marina Without Compensation
Attorney Stolarz recently litigated a case whereby the client purchased 200 acres of landlocked property. After failed negotiations with the adjacent owner he filed suit against the the landowner claiming a right of way under the original subdivision plan from 1972 and an Easement by Necessity. He filed on behalf of both the property landlocked owner and the municipality, the Town of Salem. After two years of litigation, they settled the day before trial and the client gained access for both a residential subdivision and future commercial use for a farm vineyard.
